Making this lovely hand block printed fabric into cushions this week made a welcome break from curtains and roman blinds which are the mainstay of most soft furnishings businesses.
I was asked by local Oxfordshire artist Albert Harvey who I share a studio with, to make up these cushions for a class he taught recently at the Coaching Barn - a fantastic local studio hosting classes in Art, ceramics, cuisine, yoga etc
The class made their own blocks and printed them on fabric using Alberts beautiful shades of hand mixed colours
